Good was white,wrong was black
This was life an age aback
Shades of gray surround her now
Delusion is her mind's mo
Thoughts are either in the past
Or dreaming of the future unseen
Present goes unnoticed
Slipping out like a thief
When will the eye see whats in front?
Instead of what it hopes or dreads?
The undo button on life
Is a much needed invention
Every day she fights to take control
Of what she let astray
She knows much time is lost
But come what may
Lethargy is too big an enemy to keep at bay
Every moment seems a struggle
Every minute another fight
She takes another step
She knows she treading on thin ice
Now or never
She tells herself again
But she can already feel her resolve fading
She'll stand up someday
Whenever that may
But as of now
The shore seems far far away
Thanks fоr the good wrіtеuр.
